Medi-SOS Grab-Bag - which will be posted out to you and now contains a face mask

Thank you for your request for a Medi-SOS Grab-Bag. Reply emails can be a little slow coming through.

Please tell all your friends (and friendship groups) about the bag - we are happy to send out bags in bulk to clubs and surgeries as necessary and please donate if you can so that we can help more seniors and vulnerable people in our community. Thank you.

* You will need one bag per person - please state how many bags you  will need

Information packs will be sent out via Royal Mail and be subject to the availability of their delivery personnel.

​

This emergency information pack has come about after a Call to Action from SCAS (South Central Ambulance Service) - there is nothing of a private nature asked on the forms.

​

Contents include: The ©️MEDI-SOS Information form (vital for the emergency services), a sticker pack with fridge magnet, face mask and instruction leaflet. Poly-bags for personal items.

​

Contents may differ slightly depending on availability during this period.

Its aim is to two-fold:  To assist by ensuring communication of some of the most vulnerable in our society when faced

with an emergency and to assist the emergency services
